The Sustainable Business Network

The Sustainable Business Network (SBN) lies at the heart of the SBP’s work with businesses. Quarterly Network meetings bring together engaged and like-minded businesses in an informal setting to consider a different sustainability issue each time. Recent themes have included Environmental Management Systems (EMS), Transport, Energy, Marketing Yourself as a Sustainable Business and many more. Free half-day events combine high-quality presentations from experts within the field, a practical workshop element and of course all of the valuable networking opportunities you would expect from such a group.

Membership of the Network is entirely free and businesses are under no obligation to attend, or to act on any of the recommendations. We are finding however that members regularly feed back on the positive impacts on their business adopting and promoting sustainable practices has. New members are positively welcomed and we would encourage any business who is not sure whether the meetings are for them to join us for a taster session.
